At The Fluffies ID Collar Club, each of our tags is custom made with love and care, personalised just for your furry friend. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

 

 

Incorrect Engraving by Us

 

If we make a mistake with the engraving, such as a spelling error or incorrect wording that does not match the information you provided, we’ll take full responsibility and offer a replacement tag free of charge.

 

 

Customer Mistakes

 

Please ensure all spelling and details provided at checkout are correct. If the engraving matches the details submitted with your order, we cannot offer a refund or replacement, even if the information was entered incorrectly by the customer.

Faulty Product

If an item has been received faulty/broken, please contact us within 7 days with photos and description of faulty item. We will get you to send back the item and we will send you out a new product. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind
